Order Processing
Orders where all items are in stock are typically dispatched within 2-3 Business days.
Build on Demand some items may be subject to production lead times, typically ready for dispatch within 2 weeks. Check home page 'Announcement Bar' for current expected lead time.
Custom Order Only will be subject to production lead times, typically ready for dispatch within 2 weeks. Check home page 'Announcement Bar' for current expected lead time.
Your order will be fulfilled when all items are available for dispatch, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in advance.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If for any reason there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
Australian Domestic Shipping
Flat Rate Standard $9.95 - (Parcel Post) typically 4 - 6 Business Days
Flat Rate Express $14.95 - (Express Post) typically 2 - 4 Business Days

Shipping charges for International Orders are calculated on weight and volume - up to date pricing will be displayed at checkout.
International Orders will be shipped via Australia Post, will include Tracking, but NO insurance.
Insurance is available on some services, at an additional cost - please email to discuss made@mazofactory.com
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
MazoFactory is not responsible for these charges if they are applied after checkout these are solely your responsibility as the customer.
Loss or Damage
In the event that your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at made@mazofactory.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
MazoFactory.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, but I will do my best to assist you. Please use shipping insurance where available.
I address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
