Typically pouch backs/attachment system will be all Black webbing.

Some variations may be possible subject to availability, negotiation and additional costs.

Colour and pattern variation:

Most materials inputs will show variation in colour and/or pattern between batches.

Generally it’s not significant, but may be noticeable in direct side by side comparison.

If matching is absolutely ‘mission critical’, purchasing from a single batch of material inputs, ‘all at once’ will improve the likelihood of material consistencybetween products.

How does it work?

What is Customised Colourways?

Customised Colourways is my attempt to dial in to your unique expression.

If you’re making a big investment in high level gear, why not specify something that elevates your whole loadout, rather than hoping something off the shelf ‘works’ aesthetically.

How do I order Customised Colourways?

Currently, Custom Colourways are ‘Special Order Only’ - you’ll need to dialogue with me to establish your Colourway, and place your final order.

Typically getting in touch with a few ideas, or even better, some pictures of gear or blasters or clothing you’d like to match, is the best way to begin.

The clearer your ‘brief’ is, the easier it will be for us to narrow down to specifically suitable Colourway options.

I’m happy to help explore ‘loose’ ideas too, sometimes I might even suggest something that seems to be contrasting to what you first thought - it’s a design process after all.

How do I contact you?

Email, Instagram Messenger, Facebook Messenger, Discord, Website enquiry form, Website Live chat.

Keep in mind that MazoFactory is based in Australia, UTC+10 (+11 during daylight savings).

How will I know what it will look like?

When we’ve developed a plan, I’ll put together a mock up of your Custom Colourway, and take a photo that I’ll share with you.

This helps give you a clearer idea of how the various options will appear together - bearing in mind difference in how screen represent colours, and variations in pattern and fabric colour will occur.

But the key value is in seeing a ‘ratio’ of how much of each element is visible in an assembled product.

Overall, the visualisation is an important step, because Customised Colourways are non-refundable.

What if I really really really need a colour or pattern not listed here?

I’m often on the look out for new fabrics, and may have some new options that are not listed here - please ask.

If it’s not something I have in stock, but can easily get it from an existing supplier - we can discuss options.

This is strictly at my discretion, as there are many variables involved.

Is everything always in stock?

No. Fabric, webbing and bungee colour options are subject to availability, stock levels are changing all the time.

Material inputs will be allocated to orders on a first in first served basis - orders will need to be paid in full to ‘reserve’ available material input stock.

When we talk about your order, I’ll be able to give you an idea of what I have available, if I have enough for your order immediately, other options, or how long it might take to restock the options you really need.

What if you run out of stock for my order, after I have paid?

If for some reason stock levels change after your order is paid, I’ll get in touch asap and discuss options with you. There may be good alternatives  we can change to, or we might wait for a restock, or I can refund your order.

I’ll do my best to avoid disappointment, but sometimes errors or oversights occur, despite best efforts.

What about Group Orders?

Group orders are fine, but may complicate things for you, if I don’t have enough material inputs in stock to build everything in your order all at once.

You might want to discuss that with the people you are ordering with and come up with a hierarchy you can all agree to, if material inputs won’t cover the whole order for particular combinations.

What if my group order ‘gets complicated’?

All responsibility for group orders remains solely with the person ordering.

I’ll do my best to meet your requirements, but juggling the extra volume of a group order can be complicated, and can be slower than other seperate orders that might be finalised before your group order can be.

I’ll be upfront about availability along the way, but it really helps if you’re well organised and ready to order before we begin to discuss your order.

How long will it take you to make it?

If everything is in stock, and your order is 4-10 pouches, normally within the typical lead time of 1-2 weeks from payment to dispatch.

The current lead time is indicated on the ‘Announcement Bar’ at the top of the website.

Can you be more specific?

I’ll normally provide an estimated date range for when your order will dispatch, when finalise your payment.

This time frame will be a best guess at the time of submitting your invoice to you via email, and may change for a range of reasons, especially if other orders are confirmed after I send your invoice, but before you pay and confirm your order.

If you need an update - get in touch.

I’m on a tight timeline, can you help?

If you need something made for a deadline, be clear about that from the start. I’m not able to make promises, there is so many variables outside my control, but knowing up front really helps manage expectations.
